The Delays - Keep It Simple
While i’ve never been a huge fan of The Delays, I have to say that i’ve got a new found respect for them recently. They’ve impressed in the live arena, the Love Made Visible EP was really good and I liked the interview they did for us recently, they came across as decent lads with a real genuine passion for music.
While I wasn’t blown away by their last single, Keep It Simple is a lot more like it fgrom the Southampton outfit. It’s melodic, catchy and has a story to tell, it probably won’t give them the breakthrough hit they need (and deserve) but it’s a decent effort in my eyes.
The single is out now through Polydor Records.
