Been to a few good and great gigs so far in 2009 the best being Snow Patrol, Kaisers not overly keen on James Morrison but an enjoyable gig. Hoping to see AC/DC this month which should be very interesting… listening to compilations which is really depressing, but looking forward to Kasabian’s new album but not much else

Can drink vodka all night and feel fine but if I touch wine I do silly things like try to sleep in bus shelters in December without a coat, not one of my better ideas. Also tried a new drink at the weekend Cheeky Vimto, fool that I am I actually thought it was vimto..... Explains the massive two day hangover, never drink pop based drinks in large volumes not good for the head, stomach, arms, legs or friendships
I can do 100 crunch sit ups without stopping..... no big deal but since I cant walk up the stairs to my office its a definate improvment, aiming for total fitness this year, which will probably last until my holiday in May when it will go by the wayside
